How do you decide if you had a good week?
For a long period of time I graded each and every week by what I accomplished. How many tasks did I accomplish? Did I get everything done that I needed to do? Did I eat well? Did I stick to my fitness plan? Did I read as much as I wanted to read? Did I show up to the places I said I would when I needed to be there?
One item after the next, I would roll through the list with a belief that this is how you succeed at life. You go to work. You take care of your body…
